Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is supplied in the unit and what do I need to bring?
A. Supplied: cookware, flatware, dish ware, small kitchen appliances, grilling utensils, towels, bath towels, bed linens, beach towels, toilet paper, bars of soap and dishwashing powder.

Q. What are your pool hours and are they heated?
A. Pool hours are 8am to 10pm. Warning: No life guard on duty! Pool rules are posted within the pool deck area. Floatation, noodles, toys only in the baby pool. No food or glass containers are allowed on the pool deck per Florida Statute. A covered eating area is provided on the upper patio. Yes, both pools are heated at 84 degrees from October to May.

Q. Do you have BBQ Grills?
A. Yes, there are 5 propane grills on property. Four grills are located on the grilling patio. One grill is located on the marina island. Grills cannot be reserved and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Q. Will I have access to wireless Internet?
A. Yes, the entire first floor (lobby, social rooms, fitness center, grilling patio and most of the pool area) is covered with various HT|wifi networks. Many of the rental units are also equipped with wifi. Passwords for the wireless internet are provided in each unit.

Q. Do you have any restaurants on the property?
A. No, but dining can be found nearby. The property is approximately 1 mile from the Siesta Key Village which has multiple restaurants from which to choose.

Q. Are there washers & dryers?
A. Yes, there are washers & dryers on every floor of the property. These machines are coin operated.  There is no change machine on site.  In addition, many of the units are equipped with their own washer & dryer units.

Q. Is there a grocery store nearby?
A. Yes, there are two small markets located on Siesta Key approximately 1 mile away in each direction. Publix, a large southeastern chain grocery store, is just off the Key, approximately 2 miles away.

Q. Is covered parking available?
A. Yes. Some of the units come with covered parking others do not.

Q. How many parking spots will I have?
A. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Additional vehicles must be parked at a public lot.

Q. Can I have friends visit?
A. Visitors are welcome. During high season their vehicles may not be allowed on property and may need to be parked at a public lot.

Q. Is there a place to load and unload on arrival and departure? There is a 15 minute loading/unloading zone in front of the building to accommodate your luggage and groceries. Carts are provided for your convenience inside the lobby, on the east side of the elevators, to transport items to your unit. Carts are not allowed in the units. Please return the cart immediately to the lobby cart area. Cars parked in the loading zone for extended periods are subject to ticketing and towing.
